HOW DO I GET STARTED?
The Economic Access Program includes all age categories. Access will be granted based on the following allowable Gross Annual Income for rural communities through Statistics Canada.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
If your household income falls below the annual allowable income, you and qualified family members may be entitled to two opportunities per member, per year as outlined below:
- a 50% discount on programs
- a reduced rate for Ferny Coombe Pool
- a reduced rate for a Community Recreation & Cultural Centre pass, memberships including 10 and 20 punch passes.

All individuals/families must provide proof of identity, proof of residency (ie. utility bill, bank statement, etc.) and proof of income (ie. Notice of Income Tax Assessment, Child Tax Credit or other government approved Documentation)
All identification and documentation are considered highly confidential. Please note, once your application has been reviewed, this documentation is confidentially destroyed.
