Delegation Request

Make a request to speak before Council.

Note: When the subject matter of a delegation pertains to legal matters, District of Kent staff, and/or private property issues, Council reserves the right to hear such delegations in camera.

Important: You are not permitted to make a submission on any land use bylaw (e.g. OCP amendment; rezoning) after the Public Hearing for that bylaw has been concluded (unless the bylaw has already been adopted or defeated).

Multimedia Presentation

If you will be using a powerpoint presentation, videos, or other multimedia tool, please indicate below. Our Council Chamber is equipped with these devices, so there is no need to bring laptops or other media hardware. However, please confirm with staff well in advance to ensure your presentation is compatible with our equipment.

Printed Materials

If you have printed materials that you would like council to read as support for your presentation, please indicate and you will be prompted to attach it to this delegation request.

Application Terms

Delegations are limited to 15 minutes, and the request must be received by 12 noon on the Wednesday prior to the Council meeting.

The undersigned acknowledges that only the aforementioned matter(s) will be discussed during the delegation.
